ClockWorks: Schedule Manager is an iPhone/iPod Touch application for managers to quickly produce weekly schedules for their department or workplace. Creating schedules by hand, or in a spreadsheet is a time consuming and frustrating process for most managers, distracting from more important tasks.

ClockWorks allows you to quickly manage a database of staff and frequently used shifts, and employs a graphical representation of the week's schedule which can be quickly generated, and modified, all at a touch of the screen. Within the Schedule view you can double-tap on a shift to fine tune its start and end time, load a pre-defined shift from the database, or set it to a day off. Shifts can be swapped between employees by simply touching and dragging a shift from one employee to another.

Save finalized schedules for future use, or incomplete schedule for further modification. ClockWorks also offers the option to email a PDF of a finalized schedule to yourself, and your employees, getting schedules, and schedule updates, to your employees at the touch of a button.of a button.
